    Smash Up is based on the popular card game by Alderac Entertainment Group, where the player chooses two iconic factions such as Robots and Zombies, smashes them together in their deck and battle it out for bases to claim the most points. As would be expected each faction has it's own special abilities, for example Zombies are great at bringing their players back from the dead (the discard pile), and Robots keep duplicating themselves. There are 9 factions to choose from in this version, the original 8: Pirates, Ninjas, Wizards, Tricksters, Dinosaurs, Zombies, Pirates and Robots as well as the Geek pack featuring Felicia Day and Wil Wheaton.
