    This sequel to Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure introduces new "Giant" Skylanders to the toy-based action series from developer Toys For Bob. All the original Skylanders figures are useable this sequel, with 16 new Skylanders being added as well.

    I've never played before but I know there are some levels you cannot access without a Skylander of a certain element. Is having one of every element needed for 100% completion of the game?

    For completion of the game? No.

    To 100% complete it, Yes.

    Getting older Skylanders is pretty easy to do by using Craigslist and ebay. It's where I've bought almost all of mine. I've focused on getting one of each element and then just use Tree Rex as my only Giant.
