Why has audio sync been such an issue over the past year or so in longer videos? It's really starting to get old.

Watch at http://www.twitch.tv/giantbomb or dl and use VLC to sync the audio.

These twitch videos are always out of sync when uploaded to the site. It's meant to be a subscriber benefit too.

I love paying for audio out of sync. Is it really that hard to fix it on their end?

I do not understand how audio sync is becoming a consistent issue on these videos; people having been pointing it out now for weeks. 

Was going to watch this now, but damn the audio sync is so bad.

DAMMIT I MISSED MY CHANCE IN JOINING THE SYNDICATE STREAM

Also, hopefully the audio sync issues get smoothed out.

If you don't want to wait until it gets fixed, you can download it, play it on VLC, go to Tools>Track Synchronization and play with the +/- until it's sync.

+1250ms if you have VLC

It's synced fine if you watch through twitch.

These two games actually have some similarities in terms of how the basic handling is. Huh. That's neat. Makes me want some sort of Open World game that Played Like Far Cry 3/Syndicate, had a ton of weapon variety, and was set in an alien city. Call it Prey 2.

The co-op missions and gameplay of Far Cry 3 seem far less interesting than those in Syndicate.

Patrick complained a little excessively about it, but yeah, Far Cry 3 co-op is lacking just about everything that makes Far Cry 3 singleplayer so interesting, and the co-op might as well be Call of Duty where all the good guys are wearing Hawaiian shirts.

Vinny needs some sleepy time. This is not a Quick-Look.

This makes me want to play more Syndicate. I hardly played coop because I couldn't find anybody that wanted to really give it a go.

I luv out of sync audio....and once again, I may buy Syndicate at a cirtain sale this year. Something I like.

I finally jumped in around like... September, and was shocked there were still people playing co-op. Also shocked that despite lack of headsets, things worked out pretty well.

Also FUCK YOU EA for dropping the ball on Syndicate! Probably my fave console FPS and nobody played it. What a god damn tragedy.

This audio sync is so bad that it actually doesn't bother me. It's way worse when it's only slightly out of sync.

I love when my paid content is uploaded to the site in a broken state. You guys keep making it harder and harder to justify subscription. What happened to Whiskey Media when you cared? At least you had an excuse then.

Dude, out-of-sync also happened all the time at Whiskey Media.

Why is it whenever I try and stream the video from the site, it's all choppy and laggy, yet when I click on the YouTube version, everything is sunshine and rainbows?

So should we expect all subscriber videos to have audio sync issues from now on?

Sorry for the delay. They should all be fixed now. Getting that one through was a pain in the butt. Obviously, they are not out of sync when we upload them, and tracking down the issue with a big file that can take hours to re-encode or transcode only to find it's borked again is frustrating on all ends.

Glad this is being addressed. So it's primarily a post-production issue?
