Guys, I love that you're doing Quick Looks of PS3 games, but why does every one of them have to be Quick Looks of the public demo?
 
I don't need a Quick Look of something freely available that's often a poor taste of the game anyhow.
 
Please, please, please, start doing Quick Looks of parts of games I would otherwise have to purchase to see.

not everyone has a ps3. I appreciate these quicklooks because they show me content i would not otherwise see.

Fucking hell, Japan. Stop using text! I can't believe they still only use voice acting for major scenes, even having text boxes pop-up when walking past people. Western and Euro developers stopped that last generation. If you can't do better than Vice City, then what are you doing on a PS3?

I can only play games with inverted controls (inverted vertically only) I think of the right stick as if it is one's head. You pull back to tilt the head up you push forward to tilt the head down. It just makes sense to me.

I invert vertical for all first person games on console but i leave it uninverted for third person. For some reason my brain wont work for perspectives.

Man, Ryan is fucking awful at games. I like how he failed to notice the weapons under the D-Pad despite Jeff's nagging or failed to lock on.

Damn, no wonder he had problems with Dante's Inferno, he probably hadn't got any relics and barely used those combos.

Still, Yakuza 3 doesn't look like my kind of thing. Though getting that pink teddy in a mini-game was satisfying.

Every Japanese game I see has like 10-15% voice and 85-90% text. What is wrong here? I'm not saying add english voice actors. This, white knight chronicles, Lost Odyssey, ect ect.

I'm with you. Fill up that Blu-Ray with voice. They go to the lengths to make games more cinematic, but don't voice any of it. I'm all for foreign language with subs, I watch plenty of movies this way. But please, if you want to pull me into the experience, have the characters speak.

@Goldanas: This would be true if everyone owned a PS3 or Sega made an effort to send any sort of advance copy of the game to GB.
 
Personally I'm happy they did it because well I had no idea Yakuza 3 was a game and was coming out so soon.  That and I'm interested (if I had a PS3 of course).
