I'm sitting right next to my dreamcast here at my computer desk. There is a copy of Shenmue on my shelf. I'm trying to stay strong.

@almostswedish: I learned from, watching and then reading the comments section of Metal Gear Scanlon, that people have a wide array of tastes and opinions. Some people will love something you think is hilariously bad. Sometimes revisiting a game will make you like it less than you did before. I experienced all of this with the MGS series I love, and love to a lesser degree now. I can see why this game is held in high regard, while at the same time think if someone plays it now they may end up liking it a lot less than they originally did.

Still giddy over the fact that there is another Endurance Run. Long live the best feature of the site.

This feature has a really nice feel to it. Maybe it's just that it's pre-recorded instead of live streamed, and very different from the pre-recorded Project B.E.A.S.T. videos in its subject matter, that gives me the slightly nostalgic feeling if the old Endurance Runs.

Or maybe just the game itself being very serene, while both reminding me of Persona 4 and Deadly Premonition, is the thing that gives it that feel.

Either way, these have been two great episodes so far.

I'm so happy they're doing this.
