    Overview

Shin Gouketsuji Ichizoku: Bonnou Kaihou is a 2D fighting game developed by Noise Factory and published by Excite for the PlayStation 2 exclusively in Japan on May 25, 2006.

A spin-off of the 2003 arcade game Toukon: Matrimelee, Bonnou Kaihou updates the game roster while adding new techniques (such as the return of the "transformation" system), a higher-quality soundtrack, a new story, and online multiplayer. It also features kickboxer (and TV personality) Bobby Ologun as the game's final boss.

The story takes place after the events of Matrimelee. The King of Certain Country hosts a new tournament (the "Bonnou Kaihou") to make Princess Sissy happy, with the prize being anything that can be afforded.
