    Overview

Shidara Masahiro (sometimes known as Masahiro Shidara) is a Japanese game designer employed at Tecmo. He has been credited in four titles: Fatal Frame (as the interface designer), Gallop Racer 2003: A New Breed (as a graphic designer), Tokobot (as the director), and DS Nishimura Kyotaro Suspense Shin Tantei Series: Kyoto Atami Zekkai no Kotou - Satsui no Wana (as the producer). His work is influenced by his family often. Satsui no Wana was the result of Shidara's mother asking him to buy a new Nintendo DS and a copy of Brain Age, which made him realize the direction video games are going, and decided to design something appealing to both longtime and new gamers.
