One of the fiercest Tarkatans, a group of nomadic mutants from the Outworld realm. He became one of Shao Kahn’s most favored enforcers for his ferocious strength and his retractable arm blades. Many of Shao Kahn’s enemies have fallen to Baraka’s might.
A mysterious camouflaging ninja in the Mortal Kombat series, able to mimic the abilities of several of the series' most prominent ninjas. He is the male counterpart to fellow camouflaging ninja Khameleon.
The primary antagonist in Mortal Kombat VS DC Universe. He is the fusion of DC's Darkseid and Mortal Kombat's Shao Khan.

Originally a red herring in the attract mode of Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, Rain is an Edenian who fights on the side of Shao Kahn. He is also a thinly veiled reference to the recording artist Prince. Later in the series he is revealed to be a demi-god, the illegitimate child of Edenian god and protector Argus.
Reiko is a recurring character featured in the Mortal Kombat franchise. He makes first appearance in Mortal Kombat 4 as a mysterious warrior who emerges out of obscurity after being thought dead at the end of the War on the Elder Gods.
Originally a hidden ninja opponent in the original Mortal Kombat, Reptile became a regular kombatant throughout the series, usually as a lackey for the villains. He is a member of a reptilian race known as Zaterran (originally "Saurian") and is known for his ability to camouflage and to transform between human and lizard forms.

A Shokan warrior of royal Draco lineage, Sheeva has pledged her life to Shao Kahn to serve under him. She was once Queen Sindel’s personal body guard until the queen mysteriously died. Now, Sheeva is the master jailer of Shao Kahn’s dungeons.
One of Shao Kahn's loyal servants in the Mortal Kombat series, specializing in blood-based magic. She was originally a rumored palette-swap back in Mortal Kombat II, decades before her official appearance.
A yellow-and-black clad warrior in the Mortal Kombat series. Prior to becoming a loyal guard to the Outworld royal family in the New Era timeline, she was an Edenian opportunist allied with dark forces.
