    Rusty is a park ranger frequently seen at the Oh Deer Diner, as he loves both the coffee and Rose.   
     
    With an agreeable and chatty disposition, he harbored the secret desire to have Rose ask him to take off the wedding ring he still holds in his finger, from his previous disastrous marriage, Something that didn't happened as he was soon after the game starts taken by the shadowy presence.
