    Rikiya Shimabukuro (島袋 力也) is a character from Yakuza 3. 
    Following the events of Yakuza 2, the series' main protagonist, Kazuma Kiryu, moves to Okinawa where he meets Rikiya. In a typical first meeting between two rival Yakuza members, Rikiya challenges Kazuma to a fight.  After being defeated by Kazuma, he begins to acknowledge Kazuma as "Aniki" (lit. big brother), a term commonly used when addressing superior Yakuza members. 
    It is also in this fight, where he displays his tattoo of a "Habu", which is an indigenous viper in Okinawa. Rikiya's "habu" has an eye missing as his tattoo artist died before completing it. He indicates to Kazuma that he is looking for a tattoo artist who understands the history and culture of the Okinawan people to complete his tattoo.
    Rikiya is voiced by Tatsuya Fujiwara.
