Survival is a concept that signifies that the player's life is constantly in jeopardy.
Some games force you to try and survive as long as possible without losing, or tasks you with surviving a certain number of "waves" of enemies before granting you victory.

The Tyrant Virus, more commonly known as the T-Virus, is a virus developed by Umbrella to help create B.O.Ws (Bio-Organic Weapons) and ultimately to create a Tyrant.
