    Overview

    Raymond was a Raccoon Police Department officer tasked with trying to round up and escort any nearby survivors away from the carnage to safety. He helps lead a path away from the zombies, but ultimately perishes. Before he dies, he drops a lighter to use for setting alight the fuel after turning the valve to pour it all throughout the area to help halt the zombie advance.
