Can someone explain to me why the Pyro is referred to as "She" in this article? did i miss some vital info on the gender of this character somewhere?
Regardless, I have to say that the Pyro has to be my fav class in the game.

Well the pyro's gender was never revealed by Valve, and they have hinted at both, so people refer to the pyro as both a he and a she.

The Pyro is a female, the purse in the spawn room belongs to her.

She's a pretty manly female.

Valve are sitting back laughing at anyone who actually believes the pyro is a female.
