You should do some multiplayer or mod that out or something to get your effective military strength up. The EFFECTIVE score is what matters.

Bravo, Bravo. The speed that you took him down is VERY impressive! MANY people get stuck on him for hours.

Happy to see Ben, Abby and Dan into Ring Fit Adventure. I've been playing it since release and love it. It's the best exercise video game to date. I love how well it communicates with the player like it's a personal trainer with tips about what area of the body each exercise does and reinforces proper form by you doing less damage if you are off but Ring well also tell you how to get there.

I'm really hoping it comes up in GOTY, because while the game part is simple the way it incorporates exercise deserves a ton of praise.

More FFXIV content is fantastic, long time player myself, but I hope if they end up doing regular stuff they record it in advance so they don't get a train of people following them everywhere all the time.

Lucky as hell Alex didn't fail Zaeed's loyalty mission. I thought for sure his pure paragon path was going to screw him here. The option of "Forget loyalty, save the workers" is quite literal. Loyalty missions can be messed up and that character will not be loyal to you. This is important.

I'd say that's fine though - I get the impulse to want to "check off all the boxes" but I feel like you should lead your crew the way you believe in, and if that means someone doesn't want to follow you then so be it; you're better off without them. If you replay the game later and want to do "save everyone" or "full paragon" runs or whatever that's cool, but I'd definitely rather see Alex make the decisions he believes in and face whatever consequences arise as a result.

That's true, and I actually am now remembering my first ME2 playthrough.

ALEX DON'T LOOK BELOW

The one thing I'm looking forward to seeing is Tali's loyalty mission. I can't remember how easy it is fail her mission, I think it's pretty hard to do but I think you also need to renegade lie for her to save her dad. I know Tali is like Alex's favorite character so I'm looking forward to that mission. That and of course the suicide mission at the end.

Love the series but thoughts:

Lucky as hell Alex didn't fail Zaeed's loyalty mission. I thought for sure his pure paragon path was going to screw him here. The option of "Forget loyalty, save the workers" is quite literal. Loyalty missions can be messed up and that character will not be loyal to you. This is important.

Also, for the love of everything get Overload. It's 1 point and you can take down shields super easy, and it has a short recharge time.

And as a review, the ability weaknesses are as follows:

  • Shields (blue): Overload.
    • Bring this for Blue Suns encounters as they have shields often.
  • Barrier (purple): Warp or warp ammo
    • Bring this for Eclipse encounters as they have Asari with barriers often.
  • Armor (yellow) or Vorcha (health regen): Fire damage, incinerate, incinerate ammo
    • Bring this for Blood Pack encounters as they have Krogans with armor and Vorcha with them

The in game achievement descriptions guide you towards doing all of this if you look at them. On normal it doesn't matter much but on higher difficulties it's critical to counter enemy shields correctly.

Keep it up guys!
