I'm mostly likely never going to be a user of Stadia, but one thing I wished they would have touched on in this latest discussion, is something like Red Dead 2. With the issues people are having running Red Dead 2 that's where one of Stadia's "features" could come into play, theoretically you would be playing on graphically max settings without shelling out the cost for a complete system rebuild or top of the line graphics card.
This is specifically the only reason I'm considering Stadia. I haven't purchased RDR2 yet but when I do I know I won't be able to run it at max settings or anything close to it. If I can potentially pay a subscription to play at max settings and avoid having to spend hundreds in PC parts then it might make it worth it.
Jeff, as always, is completely full of shit. Adventureland in Farmingdale is definitely still open and from what I cal tell when I pass it every week it looks like it hasn't changed in the slightest since I used to go 20+ years ago.
