Hardware Curse

I truly believed that I've been cursed by some kind of technology demon. I've yet to have a piece of hardware that hasn't somehow broken within a year.

It all started with my launch PS2. A year later I suffered from the deadly DRE. Got it sent away to be fixed and it worked again till about a year later when it began happening again. At this point I just left the PS2 on to avoid having to read discs. That was fine until it was completely fried. I got a new PS2 a couple months later. The day the warranty expired, the video card also busted. Fortunately they replaced my PS2 free of charge. This would've been nice had the first memory card slot worked without me taking it apart. And considering many games only read from the first slot, it was quite a pain.

I know what you're thinking, I must've just gotten unlucky a couple times. Now I've had 3 PC's in the past about 7 years. None of them lasted more than 2 years. Either the video card fried, the ram busted, or the motherboard effed up. My current PC works for a couple hours before BSOD'ing every time I use it. So I finally said fuck it, and bought a macbook. This had been one of my best computer experiences until 10 months later when the keyboard decided to no longer work. It had to be sent away for repair.

I'm currently on my second Xbox 360. I got the RROD with my first 360. Sent it away and it was fixed, but a year later the disc drive completely stopped reading everything. Since it was out of warranty I was forced to buy another. Finally about a year after buying that the disc drive again decides not to read discs and I just packaged it up for repair. Couldn't have come at a worse time considering tomorrow is my last day of final exams.

Now I know there are people here who have had upwards of 5 busted 360's but does anybody else have terrible luck with technology like me?
