Hey, in the new player, the download button is on top of the play button with certain small window sizes, but the problem is also that they are both completely, white, so you can't see the button without hovering, but you might end up clicking download when you just meant to play.

The below screenshot is taken at the resolution i usually have the window to watch them in the corner.

Maybe if they weren't both the same color, or if the download button was positioned on the right side, it would help.

I just finished watching the last Unprofessional fridays on my ipad, watching it through chrome. My battery went from 100% to 29% and the ipad is warm to the touch. This didn't use to happen on the old players, and i can usually watch like 5h of youtube videos and nor drop to more than 50%.

Has anyone else noticed this battery usage issue?

I've not had this issue since the redesign, but now, today this started again. ios 8.3, ipad mini 2. both chrome and safari tested.

I can't make pinching or any other gesture to get a proper full screen.

As I've grown older (or just changed in some other way), I've found it harder and harder to participate in online communities. You can probably tell by the amount of posts I've had on GB so far. But while I'm not that well versed in all the personalities in the community, I know of some, like some, respect some, and I definitely come to GB for the characters creating the content, and being used to a nice community.

I hope that only gets better with time, as it deserves to!

I just noticed there's no GB video player controls when watching a video on IE on the Xbox one, only the built in ones. However it's not possible to click on the controls like volume or full screen. The click just goes through the button and pauses/unpauses the video.

Edit: changed the description, as it wasn't new controls on site side, it was controls of the xbone overriding and not being responsive

I'll resubscribe anyway, but here's my problem. When I first read this thread, I was - as usual - on my ipad. I couldn't reply to the thread on the ipad. Watching live streams is a really shitty experience on an ipad, when it skips half a second every 3 seconds, and gets nasty green screens or other decoding errors all the time.

Make people who don't want to just sit in front of a computer be first rate citizens too :)

It's great news, though when you say "universally", you mean "nationally" in US, right? Still wondering how long it'd take EU to sort their shit.

I'm a bit disappointed why the main reason for cutting the arm off didn't come up. For myself and all my friends who did it, it was "it probably won't work, but it did in the tv show." Plain and simple. I know they aren't related, but they are, if you know what I mean.
