Having the same issue myself! Sent a PM and email to support but the new jar time is still out of my grasp. :(

I'm also having the same problem as TheJollyJoker. Guessing its due to the manual nature of activation with PayPal? Emailed support a few days ago.

I look forward to this kind of support with Diablo 3!
