Deadly Premonition isn't the best game sure, but it's got its own amount of quirks and oddities that will make you either hate it, or love it. While I was trying to think of how to describe it to a friend, I came up with Yeah this image makes no sense to me"It's Resident Evil 4, in an open-world environment, also has some not so great driving, and features a small American town filtered through the eyes of a…
Persona 2: Eternal Punishment as a whole is one of the few JRPGs I can say that I had fun playing. Sure there were problems here and there and the random difficulties highs and lows were frustrating to say the least, but when you play a game, you tend to do it to have an enjoyable time, and P2: EP has that in spades. Persona 2's battle system is pretty standard fare for the most part; you can attack with your…
When people think back to old-school survivor horror games, many people list Silent Hill 2 as their favorite. They say it's creepy, has a great story, and the characters are memorable. Playing through the game now-a-days rears some ugly heads that people may have over looked eight years ago though. It's also definitely one of those games with a terribly slow beginning, and had I not been looking for a game to…
Half Life: Opposing Force came out shortly after Half Life, and well before the other expansion pack Blue Shift. This one has an interesting take on it though, what with you playing the part of Marine Corps Adrian Shepard, one of the many who were sent to dispose of all the witnesses in Black Mesa, Gordon Freeman especially. This change of sides makes a pretty large difference in the game, instead of an HEV Suit you…

They're these tiny little beads that you can iron together to make cool little pendants and stuff. Just buy a box that has the beads, the wax paper and the pegboard, have an iron and you're good to go! Why am I writing this on Giantbomb? Well I figured I'd show you some of the stuff you can make with them! Her Stuff I didn't know what perler beads were until my girlfriend showed me and I though...

Let's get this out of the way quickly: I got a new 360 as most of you know! It feels good to lose to the GB community in SFIV once more, and I still haven't touched Pure or Lego Batman, nor do I feel like I ever will. Oh, and I ended up getting the video card I mentioned last time. I can actually run S.T.A.L.K.E.R in decent settings! It's great! Here's the thing though Giantbomb community, the...

But one's coming for Indigo Prophecy, I swear. First off, I'd like to wish everybody a happy New Year! Why is New Year capitalized? Respond and explain it to me! So for the past week or so I've been buying games off of Steam, six as of typing this, three of them being a game I've already beaten one way or another. S.T.A.L.K.E.R, Bioshock, and good ol Street Fighter IV I've already played, Jade...

... sometimes you can find some games for dirt cheap. I mean I know it doesn't give any money to the developers, but I'm a bad person. So I bought a mess of games for $45 today at the Melbourne Mall's Gamestop, and they would be : Column Head 1 Column Head 2 Sneak King It was a dollar, and it's gonna be a pretty sweet Christmas present for somebody Resident Evil Code Veronica X I never got to b...

So I rarely read books and when I do, it's in a universe that I'm already invested in, whether it's Halo, postage stamps, or what I'm here to talk about which would be Picture size completely necessary! Dexter By Design is the fourth book in the incredible series written by Jeff Lindsay that has an equally great TV series on Showtime. It's pretty hard to categorize Dexter books by one genre, so...

So why does it seem, that no matter how badly your 360 gets messed up (Other than the RRoD), it always costs $99 to repair it? First mine was starting to overheat many times(2 Red lights), it stopped for a while. Then the disk tray wouldn't open, luckily that was fixed by some random guy in a Call of Duty lobby. After that, it straight up red ringed (3), and that's when I should've shipped it o...
