I wish the west coast bombcast crew knew about the huge diversity there is in board games. They are ill informed but that happens with everyone with certain topics. IT is no big deal and at the end of the day they are the ones who are missing out. It was a poor discussion though and if people discussed videogames in the same way the podcast talked about board and card games with their limited knowledge of them, I could see the crew roll their eyes at that. There are hundreds of games released each year with a huge number of styles, topics, and mechanics. Orleans, Machi Koro, Sentinels of the Multiverse, King of Tokyo, El Grande, Pandemic Legacy, SpyFall, 7 wonders, Scythe, Ticket to Ride, Telestrations.... all very different games.
