Okay, so I'm doing the Camila's "Looking For Korean Folk Town Quest". I was told to talk to Kong Ji (or whatever her name is) but I can't complete the quest. Nothing happens. Am I missing something? Should i kill curse eyes to find the letter then talk to Kong Ji? Please help.

OK, I'm a level 30 Ice/Lightning Mage and I only have 1 point on Lightning Bolt. When I use lightning Bolt, on weak monsters like slimes and everything else it only does 1 and 6 damage. Is lightning bolt always like this when you first start? Or did I do my stats wrong? Thanks
