Pavement? Wowee Zowee!
New Icon #8 - Low
By Karl_Boss 1 Comments
David Bowie - Low....the first of the "Berlin Trilogy" and Bowie's magnum opus....was it possible for this album NOT to be good?...a collaboration between Bowie and Brian Eno....two of the most innovative artists ever with arguably both being in the peaks of their career....yeah I don't think so.
New Icon #7 - Young Team
By Karl_Boss 3 Comments
"Young Team" by Mogwai....One of my favorite post-rock albums of all-time and an excellent debut...a lot of people love this album but dislike there later work but I think there later work is just as brillant as this album....Young Team is an essential album for any post-rock fan
New Icon #6 - Dead Cities, Red Seas & Lost Ghosts

M83 - Dead Cities, Red Seas & Lost Ghosts....one of my favorite post-rock albums of all time....unfortunately, the band never could reach the brilliance of this album with their other albums making this the obvious magnum opus.
New Icon #5 - In Visible Silence
By Karl_Boss 1 Comments
In Visible Silence by Art of Noise....Art of Noise was an experimental synthpop group whose music could not be replicated....very unique but still very easy to listen too, especially for an experimental group.
Best Songs: Peter Gunn, Legs, Backbeat
New Icon #4 - Music Has The Right To Children

Board's of Canada's "Music Has The Right To Children" is the best trip-hop album of all time and is one of my favorite albums of all time....the bass in the song "Sixtyten" sounds amazing and that single track is one of my favorite music tracks ever....the whole album is a masterpiece.
New Icon #3 - Sleep and Release
By Karl_Boss 1 Comments
Post-Rock band Aereogramme's magnum opus....Sleep and Release....this album is all over the place....from heavy screamo inspired songs like "Wood"....to mellower songs like "A Winter's Discord"...its an amazing experience that any music fan should appreciate.
