Torn

On one side is an Xbox 360 and the other a PS3. I would really like to just stick to one system, but for some reason I keep going back and forth.

Xbox Customer Support

Sucks... over 40 minutes and 5 transfers, no resolve to my problem.  EDIT:  My problem was I bought the "Xbox 360 Live 12 Month Messenger Gold Pack" from a local Target store and the subscription card was one of those scratch off style cards that needed to be activated at the store. Well it never got activated and it had been a few months sense I original bought it. With no receipt Target said they couldn't do any thing without it and Xbox CS said they couldn't do it ether and it would have to be none at the store I bought it at. After about 20 minutes at Target CS they where able to pull up the transaction from my credit card and they replaced the card. What a hassle that was.
