My friends, I literally just joined this site because this is the first post I ever have come across regarding the Female Dispatcher voice that is heard in almost any movie with a squad car. I have long recognized it thru my movie watching experience, and was sparked to investigate it online after watching Pelham 123. I have been able to make out the majority of what she says, due to the fact that my father is a police officer in a major city. But, what she actually says is, "COMPLAINT AT..." and then she trails off into a series of numbers.
Anyways, thanks for helping me find something that had to do with this common Hollywood cliche
