I get the same bug with the same configuration. Also, if I add a column using the little arrows, the top row in that column is not consistent with the regular top row color.
Summerslam and Wrestlemania should be concepts, not locations. This would be like calling the Super Bowl a location.
I've got all the exits in both the SNES version and GBA version... I try not to use the cape or Blue Yoshi through the whole stage.
