Hi GB Team, a number of my friends are also experiencing this problem. When downloading the Bombcast through iTunes it timesout; this has been happening for the last few weeks.  I'm based in New Zealand and use Telecom as my ISP.
 
None of my other iTunes podcasts fail to download in this way. 
 
When I download the MP3 direct from giantbomb.com it is lightening fast (this is my current workaround - I then add manually to iTunes).  
 
I've attached a screenshot snippet below. 
 
Any ideas?
