They should do something to make Bastion more interesting then just hunker down and hold LMB until you get ult. Like maybe cut his dps and give him a projectile that can displace people off points. Some utility rather than just "Melt people until a Genji/McCree flanks you, Widow/Hanzo snipes you, Zharya/JRat blows you up".
