How would we know if Gran Turismo is better when it's not even in pre-production?

I just want to try Metal Gear Scanlon as the reddit page rates it so highly. I got a trial premium account and want to download it so I can put it on a UsB stick and watch on my television, but when I try to download, it says my current level cannot access these videos

Any ideas??
