Having played all post gbc shantae games within the last year, I'd still say pirates curse is peak shantae overall, but this one's pretty good, too.
Also I'm kinda impressed Brad made it through the sandworm chase level without dying. That part took me several tries, and without playing for an audience.
What if it put you in the shoes of a German soldier, you save a bunch of men and become a war hero, only to find out you've been playing as Adolf Hitler?
So instead of taking their liberties with historical accuracy for the sake of a fun game they should just base it on nazi propaganda? And that's supposed to be more realistic?
Everyone with a vita interested in this kind of game should give Shinobido 2 a shot. It's probably the best reasonably modern game adhering to the Tenchu school of stealth.
@dudelongcouch: He is special, that's for sure. But Mai and Ryo know each other anyway (and Ryo probably knows she's working at the harbor?), so he could've just asked her directly. The only reason Goro could broker the whole thing (before Ryo could ask her) was because he apparently doesn't have to do shit and can just hang out at the docks all day speaking to random passers-by.
How could @alex say that Goro is useless when he's the one who got you the job at the harbor!
No he didn't. In no less than two cutscenes the game established that it was actually Mai who got you the job and that Goro is in fact just a useless poser.
