I agree their selections is sporadic, generally shit infested, and you have to look really hard to find good movies. But I hope it improves rather than disappearing.
I wouldn't expect to be able to watch every movie I want any time soon, but right now they have stuff like Memento, seasons 1-3 of Mad Men, the 70s Battlestar Galactica, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Taxi Driver, (500) Days of Summer, Yojimbo, Sanjuro, and Das Boot. That's not abysmal.
" You're the best. Man, why do I feel the need to download and archive all of it forever? It's not like I'm ever going to watch them more than once... Shit, I'm a digital hoarder, aren't I? "
Well, technically all the videos could be wiped at the drop of a hat. Justin.tv or Ustream could theoretically decide to change how they handle archives. So there is some case to be made for keeping them archived locally, but my HDD is already bursting at the seams with other equally useless files. Besides, I don't know the Terms of Use of Justin.tv, but couldn't Vinny just store past TNTs on one of his billion hard drives as a fail-safe measure?
Ha, yeah. I'm out of the country in England this winter though. So it's more like 7 degrees outside for me. Its practically spring as far as I'm concerned.
" @Gill: Is it alright that I use those links for the backlog of TNTs on my thread? Devildoll had started adding links already but this would speed up the process. "
@Video_Game_King: A small percentage of them are. But given the way youtube places limits on your uploads, the TNTs have had to be split up further into shorter 15 min chunks.
