Congratulations to whoever finally got into Battlefield 1943.
That was me! It was kind of an honorable mention on my list. I loved that game when it came out, and I just had to play it for a few weekends before it got shutdown. RIP.
(Looks like I was also the only person to vote for Metroid Dread. Fantastic game.)
Defo think you should do MMPR Season 2 at least before anything else. I think it's important to do Season 2 as well upfront because it's still definitive PR with Tommy being the White Ranger and all that.
THEN after that you can take breaks from PR. Maybe do a series of Kamen Raider. Then come back to PR doing the movie and Season 3. Then a series of another Toku, and so on.
tl;dr - I think you should complete the first "era" of MMPR before moving onto something else.
Also, season 3 has ties to Kamen Rider directly, so I think it makes sense to hold off on before jumping into KR.
@brad Your Lenovo(?) WMR headset has noticeably better specs (2880x1440, 1440x1440 per eye) than the original Rift or base Vive (2160x1200, 1080x1200 per eye). All WMR HMDs even have a higher resolution screen than the recently announced Rift S (2560x1440, 1280x1440 per eye). That being said, I'm willing to bet that the Rift S could look slightly better due to advancements in screen and lens technologies.
I've been watching these since they were achievement videos on your GS blog. (I believe you even did a small bit acknowledging that in the first Jar Time.)
@brad @jeff Microsoft has continually said that Scorpio will be a part of the "Xbox One family". That thing is gonna be called Xbox One "something". 100%. Write it down. Xbox One Elite would have been a decent name if they didn't waste it on that weird model with a hybrid drive.
My personal theory? Xbox One X. Then the slim version, Xbox One XS. And the next version of "Scorpio"? X2: Xbox United.
@jeff The game does NOT run locked 30 either on PC. I have an i5 6600k and GTX 980, a reasonable high end system above their recommended specs, and on just high settings set to 30 fps it will still dip down to 20 at times.
I really like this game, but it's an unoptimized mess on PC.
I know how much you love Captain Cold (who doesn't?! SO GOOD), so if you want a weekly dose of Snart I can't recommend Legends of Tomorrow enough.
Sure, it has the typical new show and people working together and writers trying to write these characters just right, sort of thing going on at first. Especially since with most of these characters viewers are already familiar with and we know how they're portrayed by these actors, so it can be odd at times until the writers were able to figure out having them all on screen at the same time.
That being said!, Legends of Tomorrow is totally worth giving it a go. At the very least binge it when the first season is on Netflix. It's certainly better than the current season of Arrow...
