I wish that Tecmo Koei could understand that once you add several dozen pieces of shitty DLC to the "ultimate" version of your game it immediately ceases being ultimate.
My first thought was "If this is true then they better damn well let me climb the Eiffel Tower". But construction on the tower didn't start until something like 80 years after the French Revolution ended. So much for that.
I'm sure we're all in agreement that there's more to this story, but as it stands now this whole situation just reeks. More needs to be said about this, unless having a huge contingent of gamers turn on you seems like an ok thing to Ken and Take2. I truly see no good coming from any of this.
Considering how badly RE6 performed for Capcom I would imagine that they feel a full reboot is needed and I'm totally cool with that. Design a new mansion, redesign the characters and enemies, bring back puzzles and horror, make it play as well as Dead Space, throw in a dash of fanservice and I'm in. And if this is a just world RE2 will get a similar treatment. Hell, I'd take just that.
I've been going through the same issues. GTAV seems to be the only game that will work reliably. When I first power the system on the first game I put in will usually work. Usually. But some games won't work at all. I want to believe that it just needs to be cleaned as it is really dusty and people smoke around it all the time but I'm still baffled as to why things only work sometimes.
