Still the best, and yes I am one of those people who believes advertisements like these are not what cause deranged individuals to go on shooting rampages.
No, I'm at the point now where I am scared to death this game will flop horribly. I've been looking forward to TOR ever since it was announced but now that more and more details are being released fear this will just be a soulless game with a ton of voice overs. Bioware has never failed me in the past but I'm on the sidelines until verdicts start to come out.
Call of Duty 2. I slogged through it on Veteran, cursed the poorly implemented spawn locations, got annoyed at the numerous clipping issues, boggled at the game's body (and plane) kill count, yet still found enough motivation to play it all the way to the end.
Most sensible people agree review scores are pretty inconsequential. The only reason some sites do them is because they need to in order to appear on Metacritic, which is in and of itself a horribly flawed website.
If you think the comments on this site were sad, you should head over to Gametrailers. They gave a Reach a flipping 9.3 and people still flipped out. Its just further proof that people love to find anything possible to get upset about, because its a lot easier to throw a tantrum than accept the fact that not everything goes the way you want it to.
The more you choose to ignore review scores the more you help fight the good fight.
