Do what you have to, your health (mental and physical) is more important than internet drama. Others have also had similar issues with mods and decided to go with their own thing, so do what you feel is best.

I was tempted to jump in with a "NUH-UH!!!" re: PS3 being the worst, but after thinking over the bullet-points, I actually came to agree. It wasn't until later in the console's life that the 360 kinda slowly dropped out of the scene, and the PS3 started getting better exclusive titles. At first we were all joking about how Sony killed off PS3 with the mandatory Blu-ray adoption, the gimmicky motion controls that just made things more frustrating, and online services that didn't work. Now blu-ray is everywhere, most games ditched the Sixaxis tilt crap, and Sony's online services...well, two out of three ain't bad.
After getting a PS3 near the end of the cycle to check out some exclusive titles dirt-cheap, I guess it's agreed that Uncharted 1 was the worst, when Naughty Dog was trying something really different from its previous work? From the Sixaxis grenade aiming and log-balancing (which they ditched later, thank god) to the lack of any real compelling villain in the story, it was not a great game. But it was a decent one and briefly rekindled my love of Indiana Jones flicks, so I give it kudos for that.
Already beaten #2 as well, and at some point I'll get around to #3.
First the Infinite Crisis MOBA and now this. Seems like any F2P game I actually put $20 into is doomed.
Didn't help that even when I convinced friends to try it, they couldn't because the specs were too damned high and there was no way to modify the settings.
