I like how Dan complains that the Heat system is finicky. Haha, no Dan. It's your own inability to pay attention to button prompts and learning the game's mechanics well enough for you to realize it's just you.
I've picked this up but haven't started it yet (as I've got a few other games to get through from this year), but I'm excited to see what's new and stuff they've changed from 0.
@bonorbitz: They're not going to reboot, but KH3 will be the end of the "Xehanort Saga". After that Sora will still be the main character, all his friends will still be there, but it'll most likely be an extremely easy jumping on point. Also I think abruptly stopping and leaving unfinished what has been built up to for 10 years just to bring in new players would be an extremely shitty thing to do to long time fans.
That's a fair point. I played the first game and was excited to check out KHII when I saw KHIII at E3, but it's such a buzzkill hearing that these multiple confusingly named games lead up to that game. I just want to play the three numbered games and get a complete story without having to play every game to understand it all.
I am for some extra Cabaret Club episodes, but I don`t think the guys should force themselves to finish that story line. It`s really time consuming and it does not change that much, so for me at least by the time I was doing the fifth club it had turned into a bit of a slog. I would suggest doing a bit here and there so you don`t get burned out.
This would be my advice too. Luckily, I didn't burn out, but I could see someone do. If I didn't spend all this time completing both Kiryu's Real Estate and Majima's Cabaret storylines (as soon as they became available to me), I would've beaten the main story a long time ago. I think the reward in the end is worth it, but anyone should probably spread it out between multiple chapters or do it until the main story is out of the way.
"My name is not important. What is important is what I'm going to do. I just fuckin' love this world, and the human teens falling in love. My whole life is just warm, sweet doki-doki, and I always wanted to experience extacy. This is the time of euphoria and all panties are worth looking at. And I'll gently rub as many as I can. It's time for pheromone shots. And it's time for me to make you very happy. My love crusade begins here."
Yup, Nova's character design still looks like total dogshit.
She also looks totally different from her last appearance. I don't get why they do these character redesigns. It was the same for Selendis and a couple others.
