Nelly coming up coast to coast on Giant Bomb, apparently. Weird.

Yeah the difficulty is most definitely too easy in this game. It seems that instead of making things take 200 shots in the harder difficulties like they would in fallout/ES, enemies just gun you down instantly. Which is a better way to deal with difficulty imo, but as long as you're ambushing well and taking cover it's pretty easy even on hard. The hardest difficulty seems like a different beast, since AI companions have perma-death and their AI results in them just running in and falling over constantly.

That being said, this game is so very exactly what I wanted. Like, it would be hard for it to be any more exactly my shit.

I am playing Greedfall on another monitor while watching this and that damned elite sound still makes me snap to attention and look at my primary monitor every damn time. I guess 100ish hours of a game will do that to you. Remnant is such a great game.

@the_nubster: that's fair enough I guess. I was just in a real "why can't people just be decent to other people" state of mind when that came up. Which is not a good state to listen to Dan in.

I don't think I'll ever understand people who don't know the difference between "That game is bad" and "I don't like that game", like Dan with Metro. Is it really THAT hard to see the merits of something you dislike? It's so ridiculously closed minded. I didn't even play the new Metro game, it just seems like a silly thing for someone who loves video games.

Ahhh. I don't usually get frustrated watching people play games "non optimally" like an asshole. This game is an exception to that, apparently.

How does Dan have lifelong questions and never think to google them, just ask people and get laughed at repeatedly?

Oh god, Ben finally switched from saying "hopper" to "hop-up". Every time he said hopper it bothered me and I DO NOT KNOW WHY I'm not usually that guy. Also hearing everyone bounce off the difficulty of wargroove is interesting, I'd be interested to see how they're all playing. So far the only difficulty I've had has been in trying to hit 3 stars on everything. There must be an intrinsic difference in playstyle or priorities, because I don't think I'm playing particularly well..

@mrnood1e: How do you switch back to the GB player for free videos? It swapped me to youtube at some point and I.. have been having trouble changing it back. I'm not seeing a button anywhere at all. It used to be in the bottom right but all I'm seeing there is youtube settings. I kinda thought they just stopped hosting non-premium videos.
