Chicken in wine

Got a new AC adapter in for my PC Engine the other day, so I will probably slap up info on a couple of PC Engine games... but I'm admittedly really erratic and simply slap up scans and info of whatever random game I happen to think of most of the time. I also must admit I'm frequently surprised at what games actually have pages here; I was looking at "Captain Ed" the other day as I had got it out for... some reason (I think it was in front of Lagrange Point) and thinking to myself, "there's no way this is on Giant Bomb"... but sure enough, there was at least an entry for it. Doesn't mean I can't flesh things out, though!
ANYWAY, on to the chicken!
Woihinkelche
2 small chickens (or a roughly equivalent number of tenders/breasts if you prefer)
1/4 cup butter
4 shallots
2 cloves garlic
20 grapes, peeled and seeded
4 oz. dried beef, cut in to thin strips
12 small button mushrooms
1 2/3 cups brandy
2 cups riesling wine
salt and pepper
2 sprigs of rosemary
1 bay leaf
2 cups cream
3/4 cup chicken stock
2 tbsp chopped chervil
Cut the chicken in to portions. Brown the chicken in the butter in a large pan. Add the grapes, dried beef, and mushrooms, and flame with the brandy. Pour in the riesling and season with the salt, pepper, rosemary, and bay leaf. Add the cream and the chicken stock. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Garnish with the chervil and enjoy!
