Both are often terrible, but I chose underwater levels since I am currently playing through Mass Effect 2 for the first time. The escort missions in Mass Effect (you know, the almost every time you go to recruit someone to your squad) are awesome, and my companions almost never die. Even if they do, I always have medigel to revive them.  All escort missions could use some medigel. Uncharted has portions of awesome escort missions, because they're very theatrical.

Underwater levels frequently have an air gauge for  your character, which usually turns out terrible. Thankfully side scrolling Mario and a few others got it right by not having an air limit. Learning new controls for the 30 seconds you'll spend in water in most games isn't worth it. I love when you get a 2 minute tutorial on tank-like controls for the 30 seconds you have to use them. I guess that's better than learning terrible controls and having to use them forever. THE END

There is no such thing as an unbiased written document. Everyone grows up with certain bias' from their parents, culture, etc. That is not to say everyone thinks the same as their parents or the cultural norm of their neighborhood, but even if those things affect an individual negatively, it still gives them a bias.

I'm interested in the responses for this too. I want to get a gaming magazine, mostly for Sony stuff, and lamely enough, mostly for the PSP. Anyone know how there psp coverage is?

I loved Phantom Hourglass, so it looks like I will love this too. Who cares if PH wasn't that difficult? It still had some mind-boggeling puzzles, which is really what Zelda is and always was about. I give props to Nintendo. I would like to see a bigger Zelda game like Wind Waker on the Wii. Twilight Princess was rad, but I like the Wind Waker universe way more.

Since Kojima doesn't want to do any more games focusing on Solid Snake, and he means it this time...I think, what are some great ideas for the next game? I think that a game focused around the Cyborg Ninja, Gray Fox,  would be amazing. It could follow his life before he's a cyborg, transitioning into one, and then even helping snake all throughout Shadow Moses in the first Metal Gear Solid. You can play as the Ninja if you get, I believe, 99% in the VR Missions game for PS1. It was amazing action that should have lasted much longer. Think of what you could do on the PS3. Do you agree? What other ideas do you have?

No wonder the sequels haven't came out in America yet, the ESRB would probably rate them AO.

It's perfect, cuz it lets you choose the the difficulty. You can increase your HP or decrease it at any time. The lower it is, the more pins enemies will drop. And, you don't have to control the top screen. When I started I just got Neku's moves down first, then after quite a few battles I would start messing with Shiki's controls.
