The recent game’s story mode cinematics have been a better movie than this movie. Total disappointment. (But honestly I have no idea how you make a Mortal Kombat movie anymore that wouldn’t be.)
I realize that people around here like Rich a lot, but there are hundreds of people affected by this, so I think we should be just as worried about them.
Also, I don't know why you think GB is some sort of unemployment program that just scoops up people left and right whenever layoffs occur. They're are a small team, and that is how they operate. They can't just hire all their friends whenever one of them needs a job. Do you see Matt Rorie's name on any articles?
I was one of those affected by the 'motion sickness' caused by the close-following spinning camera. (Which has never happened to me in my 25 years of gaming). I sent no less than 4 tweets and 3 emails to all of their support to try to get some idea of a patch being worked on or even talked about... never received a single response. I feel about *pinches fingers together* THIS </pinch> bad for not buying it after that.
Toured the local college in high school... The guys in the computer networking class were "testing the network" by playing Quake over the LAN. Got my Bachelor's in Information Systems, worked as a network/sysadmin (and now IT Manager) for 10 years. So my love for games made my career.
It updates immediately in the iTunes app, I think people may be saying that it doesn't show up on iTunes from their iPhone directly. (Open iPod > Podcasts > Bombcast and select "Get more episodes", or opening the iTunes on the phone itself, and searching for Bombcast.) This seems to not update for sometimes 24 hours after it's available on iTunes on the desktop. Doubt that's anything on your end, prolly an Apple caching/polling thing, but, just FYI that is happening for those of us forgetting to plug our iPhones into our PCs on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning.
