that was quite an interesting read on how kickstarters operate and massive undertakings like this that becomes messy? wonder if it manages to pull through.
I'd say I'll rather support an indie dev kickstarter on a smaller interesting project myself, rather than something this big and much promise but very messy.
For Kickstarter I usually just support teh very small teams that have little or limited experience. Once you have worked at the level of amahjor developer or publish I see NO REASON to use Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Fig. JMO.
I have this opinion based on experiences with games I have backed, the small guy who have little experience often do the best job. Every single large developer of any renown has screwed up their project or outright wasted the money.

oof, I like japanese stuff, but anything with hyper simplified English translations will bug me a lot, based on your review that's the case with digimon survive. ๐คจ
I sort of expected this mode to be packed with people good at the shooting part, but I'm regularly getting 5+ kills per match, and to be clear, I'm not very good. I dunno if the majority of players are kids on their phone while their mom buys groceries or what, but I'm not complaining.
Anyway, I unlocked an outfit for Indiana Jones today, then popped over to the item shop and found a Gangnam Style emote for sale. Weird game.

@eccentrix: A lot more people than you'd think. I'm a pop culture junkie, it's incredible to watch the ebbs and flows of what people insist on taking far, far too seriously.
I also am an observer of pop culture on the internet and IRL, and I must say, it's hard to play catch up. ๐
This review is great! now I think I understand where all the hype is coming from, besides, I think this game might be right up my alley. that fast pace shooter action combined with puzzles. ๐ฅ๐งฉ๐
