    Overview

    The Pregnator is an enemy in Duke Nukem Forever. They are about knee high and can leap at Duke through the air. The Pregnators impregnate earth's women to make more aliens. Unlike men, the Pregnator gets the women pregnant fast and the eggs that they plant inside of them hatch very quickly, killing the host. Pregnators attack you in two ways: they fling white balls of goo that resembles sperm or they can leap onto you at which point you will have to mash a button to get free.

    The developers have stated that the Pregnator was controversial during development since it's basically a walking penis.
