    Pop'n TwinBee

Game » consists of 2 releases. Released Oct 12, 1990

A cute shoot 'em up from Konami for the Game Boy and the direct sequel to the original TwinBee. It was released in Europe as Pop'n TwinBee after the 1993 SNES game with the same name, in order to capitalize on its success.

    Overview

Pop'n TwinBee is actually TwinBee Da!!, the fourth game in the TwinBee series of (usually) colorful "cute 'em up" shoot 'em ups featuring the blue (or gray, in this case) robot TwinBee. It was released in Europe in 1994 due to the success of the SNES Pop'n TwinBee, which was released in both Europe and Japan in 1993. As such, even though they share a name and even box art, the two games should not be confused for one another.

The game was rereleased a few times. It was colorized and added to Konami GB Collection 3 (released as Konami GB Collection 2 in Japan), and this version was also added to TwinBee Portable for the PSP.
