The Polissya Hotel (Rusaian: Гостиница Полесье ) is one of the largest buildings in Pripyat, Ukraine. Built in the mid 1970s, the hotel was meant primarily to accommodate guests visiting the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant. It, like the rest of Pripyat, was abandoned after the Chernobyl disaster, and nowadays lays in ruin. The shelter covering the ruined reactor 4 is clearly visible from the top of the hotel.

Lieutenant Price and Captain MacMillan are ordered to go to the Polissya Hotel in order to assassinate Imran Zakhaev, who is conducting a deal with black market arms dealers for nuclear material. After sneaking their way into Pripyat and finding the hotel in the level “All Ghillied Up,” the two snipers wait for a full day in one of the hotel's top floor rooms overlooking the reactor shelter, where the deal is taking place. When the time comes, Price wields an M82 .50 caliber sniper rifle with MacMillan spotting for him. Price takes the shot and severs Zakhaev's left arm, which the two men believe will result in his death. This, however, also reveals their position. After taking down a helicopter by sniping the pilot, Price and MacMillan are forced to rappel down from a the hotel wall while under attack, thus starting the level “One Shot, One Kill.”
