    PlayStation Home was a social games network where PSN users could play games and socialize. Home saw a refocus in Fall 2011 in North America and Europe that put more emphasis on games than social spaces.

    Home needs some kind of level system to keep people coming back

    even if its something as simple as gamespot's community thing, where you level up and get emblems etc. 

    thats the one and only thing i think they need to make sure people aren't just running around annoying eachother because they are so bored.

    I am afraid that home need more than that, plus how would you gain levels? Watching adds?

    Home just needs to become the hub for PS3. Get rid of XMB and make your games accessible any time through it.
