Ok but most people bought the N64 for the plumber

Nintendo's flight simulator, pilotwings first started its life as a launch title for the SNES. Just like its predecessor PilotWings 64 started out as a launch title for the N64. Yes when the N64 was first released you had the mega hit classic Super Mario 64 or PilotWings 64 to choose from. Now before I dive into this review the game is not bad at all it is actually quite good for what it offers. The game like I said before is a flight simulator with a very relaxed atmosphere that is fun to play through in a very pointless kind of way. The game had fairly impressive graphics and it showed the depth the n64 could handle.  However the game is rather so pointless that it lacks any real incentive or reason to play it. However the game was really nice to look at. Take Wii sports for example, that game is a lot like this one in the sense that it is still fun to play and it is also very pointless but Wii Sports comes packaged with just about every Wii system depending on what country you live in. The reason why PilotWings 64 is in what I call the take it or leave it catagory is games especially carteradge games were freakin expensive back in the day. I mean when you bought a game you made sure it was something that you wanted to keep for a very long time. That's why when people ran out to by the N64 the majority of them bought Mario 64.

Alright maybe I am getting too ahead of myself here, but when you think of such, you wonder how you are going to get around seeing it all. Since I am unfortunately no pilot, and know none myself, the closest to the real thing I could gra...
