He serves as the final boss for the first Manhunt, and is killed when he is dangling over a deep pit and James Earl Cash cuts his hands off with his own chainsaw. Piggsy is fairly unique in the mainstream video game world; apart from the severed pigs' head he wears as a mask, he is completely naked, and his penis and testicles are fully rendered. The player can also unlock Piggsy as a character skin, should they score Five Stars on the final level.
