    Phione is a Pokemon introduced in Generation IV. It can be obtained by breeding the legendary Pokemon Manaphy with a Ditto.

    Phione is a water-type Pokemon, with the Pokedex entry number 489 in the National Dex.  It is genderless.
    In the metagame, it is in the NeverUsed (NU) tier.
    Despite being obtained by breeding a Manaphy (obtained through Pokemon Ranger) with a Ditto, it does not evolve into Manaphy.  There is debate on whether it is considered a Legendary, since many of them can be obtained in a single game, but a legendary is required to get one.
