    Penny is shown to be just as smart, if not smarter, than her grandfather. She is introduced in WarioWare: Smooth Moves flying into a boxing match, wearing a jetpack and goggles. In WarioWare D.I.Y., she is mainly present in the intro. She has an apologetic, quirky personality.

    It was mentioned briefly that she has a secret obsession with singing.
