Andy appears throughout Peacock's story mode and seems to be the closest thing she has to a friend. Created by Peacock's imagination, made real by the Avery Unit which gives Peacock her cartoon-themed powers.
Avery is a parasite in the form of a small blue bird with fangs that is found within Peacock's hat. His abilities are what allow Peacock to summon items seemingly out of thin air.
A member of the Cirque des Cartes, she is fiercely competitive and wishes to replace Cerebella as the star of the circus, and also as an agent of the Medicis.
Big Band began as a background character in Skullgirls, and graduated via DLC to becoming the first playable male member of the cast, due to a successful Indiegogo funding.

Friends with Cerebella, and a member of the Cirque des Cartes, Feng is a skilled acrobat from the Dragon Empire. She is a potential DLC character to be added into Skullgirls.
Hive appears in the background of the Anti-Skullgirls Lab 7 stage. She is also a potential DLC character after a more than successful Indiegogo fund raising campaign.
Illeum appears in the background of the Anti-Skullgirl Lab 8 stage. She takes care of the many orphaned children found by Lab 8. She was one of the proposed new DLC characters after the Skullgirls Indiegogo campaign.
Leduc appears in the background of the Anti-Skullgirl Lab 8 stage, and was revealed as a potential DLC character via the Skullgirls IndieGoGo.
A normal schoolgirl named Carol, until she was kidnapped by Valentine and transformed into Painwheel.
Stanley Whitefin, AKA "Science Shark" is a Lab Eight scientist seen in one of the backgrounds of Skullgirls. He is also a potential future DLC character.
