Does it matter?

I always go wherever feels RIGHT. Sometimes it's left, sometimes it's right, and sometimes . . . it's neither.

I have found in DX that some time trials have the free roaming ghost constantly immediately cutting you off going left, but I always try a level going left the first time.

This is true.  I don't even touch the controller and it goes left.

I... Hm. You know, I never thought about it before, but yeah. Every game of Pac Man I ever play, I always hold left at the beginning.

Sometimes I don't move for a while just to freak out the ghosts.

It used to be the case that you always go left, but with these short time attack levels sometimes it is definitely better to go to the right

You guys want a time trials tip? On the ones where the ghost goes left, if you make Pac-man go right for a split second, and then cut back left, the ghost will go right!

Seriously, going left is always the right decision, and this will improve your time trial times
